| Wiffleball Tournament How to Play: Game At-Bat -Any pitch that does not go through the strike zone and is not hit is a “ball.” -Any ball not hit beyond the first white line is a foul tip. -Foul tips count only as the first two strikes. A foul tip caught behind the batters box is not an out. -3 strikes is an OUT, 4 balls is a base on ball. -Any fly ball caught in foul or fair territory is an OUT. -Any ground ball fielded in fair territory while the ball is in motion is an OUT.
